I have been engaged in Service Provider Networking for 20+ years, focused on network architecture and design. Prior to joining Cisco in 2017, I spent my career working for service providers covering a wide range of network types from access, datacenter, and core backbone networks. My main research interests are in multi-layer networks, network optimization, and Internet traffic trends as it related to peering design. Outside of networking I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, and amateur car racing.
